Returns & Exchanges

At RiftCart, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 5-Day Return Policy. This means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues (Important)

Please inspect your order upon reception. An unboxing video is strictly required to process claims for damaged, defective, or wrong items. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately with the unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at absaad440@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a payout link will be sent to your registered email/phone number to transfer the amount to your bank account. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
